Cardiology Outpatient
Visitors will work with a cardiologist based in Evanston, Illinois. Through this experience, visitors will learn about diagnosing, treating and preventing diseases of the cardiovascular system, which includes the heart and the blood vessels.
Clinical Experience-Programme Overview
This rotation will provide exposure to clinical skills such as medical histories and physical exams as it relates to cardiovascular diseases.
Visitors will also learn how to interpret echocardiogram, evaluation of chest x-rays and diagnostic reports, finding pulses to assess PAD and learn the various aspects of the differentiating cardiac murmurs.
